Questions:
- How do I apply Violent Lips?

- How long do the lip tattoos last for?
- Violent Lips last 4-8 hours depending on your skin type and care.
- How do I remove them?
- Dab oil based makeup remover, baby oil or mineral oil on your lips and let it soak in for approximately 30 seconds before wiping it off with a textured wipe.
- Can I eat and drink with the lips on?
- Yes, but avoid oily or greasy food since oil is what removes the appliqués. Drink out of a straw whenever possible.
- Can I put lipgloss or lip balm over Violent Lips?
- Yes!
Pricing & Billing:
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
- You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our headquarters.
- What are my payment choices?
- During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
- When will my credit card be charged?
- Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of the time you place your order.
- When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
- Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
- How do I use a coupon?
- Coupon codes can be used and are applied on the checkout page. Go to your cart and hit the checkout button once you are ready to submit your order.
- What is your Refund Policy?

- When will my credit appear on my account for a refund?
- Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Order Status:
- Has my order shipped?
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- How do I track my order?
- Your shipping confirmation email should include a tracking # if your shipping method includes one. Please see our shipping policy to find out which shipping methods include tracking.
- My order never arrived.
- If you chose a shipping method with tracking, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track the package. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
- An item is missing from my shipment.
- If your package was delivered and missing an item please contact customer service for assistance.
